📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
FootPrints & PawPrints is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been shipped and handed over to the carrier.

We are unable to replace or refund orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
