📬 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • After your order is processed, it will be shipped via the carrier selected at checkout.

  • Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping option chosen.

  • Customers will receive tracking information via email as soon as the order has shipped.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

FootPrints & PawPrints is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been shipped and handed over to the carrier.

If an issue occurs:

  • Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

  • We are unable to replace or refund orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier.


❗Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.

  • We currently ship within the United States and International.
